Employees, doctors, medical staff and technicians of Wilkes-Barre General Hospital (a subsidiary of Wyoming Valley Health Care System), who work in Wilkes-Barre, PA; private duty nurses, radiology school students, student nurses, and volunteers who work at the Wilkes-Barre General Hospital under the supervision of the hospital staff;
